Service Description

Participants will meet weekly for a fun & engaging virtual healthy meal prep class (1 hour each). This is a great way to be held accountable, ask questions, and have fun prepping food for the week! The classes are pre-recorded with interactive features, including hand raising, live polling, and Q&A.
